Gout Recipe: Avocado Toast and Scrambled Eggs Recipe

This gout friendly breakfast is a great way to start the day!

Avocado Toast and Scrambled Eggs

1/2 avocado
lime juice (1/8 tablespoon)
1 piece of toast
1 scrambled egg
cheddar cheese (in eggs)
Parmesan cheese (on toast)
red pepper flakes (as desired)

Directions:

Half Avocado and remove pit.  Mix avocado half and lime juice, until thick and creamy. Spread over toasted bread.  Sprinkle with Parmesan and red pepper flakes.

Scramble 1 egg, serve with toast.
