A Simple Gout Friendly Lunch!
- 2 pieces of bread
- 1 or 2 slices of cheese (Your favorite type)
- 1 1/8 teaspoon of mayonnaise (NOT BUTTER, on outside of bread)
Directions: Heat griddle, and place bread Mayo side down, then cheese, then the other slice of bread, Mayo side facing out. Flip when Mayo has browned. When both sides are brown and cheese is melted, you’re done!
